LAGER

MAKES 5 GALS.

5lbs. Amber Dry Malt Extract

6ozs Corn Sugar(use for priming)

1oz. Cascade Hop

2ozs Hallertau Hops

4ozs Lager Yeast

When the water comes to a boil add the malt extract bring water back to boil

then add 1oz. of cascade hops. Boil for 60 minutes. With 30 minutes. left add

1/2oz. of Hallertau hops. With 20 minutes left add 1/2oz. of Hallertau hops.

With 10 minutes left add 1/2oz. of Hallertau hops. The last 1 minute add the last

1/2oz. of Hallertau hops. When cool add yeast and ferment.
