RUSSIAN STOUT

Makes 5 gals.

2lbs. Roasted Barley(60L)

2lbs. Dry Rice Extract

6ozs. Corn Suger (use for priming)

3lbs. Light Dry Malt Extract

5lbs. Dark Dry Malt Extract

2ozs. Columbos Hops

Heat water with barley to 170 F, remove barley and add both dry extracts and rice extract.

Bring to a full boil add the hops and boil for 60 minutes. After cooling add yeast. Fermantation

takes from one to two weeks. After bottled let set for four weeks.
