This unit is great for the home roaster. It has an excellent design and is very easy to use and maintain. You can control the type of roast with a turn of a dial on the front of the unit.

Simply place beans in roaster. Select type of roast. Press start button. Roaster will roast and cool the beans. Cleanup is easy but be careful not to drop the center chaff ring as it is not permanatly attatched to lid.

We roasted 100 batches in the Hearthware and had no problem. The beans were evenly roasted which is a credit to the design.
